Esreise is a Switzerland-based company specialized in corporate human resources solutions and overseas education consultancy. In addition to offering specially designed overseas education programs for university students, it also provides opportunities for graduates to meet with corporate firms.
The company primarily focuses on offering job opportunities based on remote work models for qualified workforce from various countries, particularly Turkey. It aims to meet the needs of job seekers by providing services such as language education, accommodation, and various online free training for those who wish to work abroad.
Esreise facilitates both language education and job opportunities simultaneously in countries like Malta and Switzerland, assisting candidates in launching their international careers. The core motivation of the company is to position the workforce effectively within international corporations and provide candidates with clear job experiences.

Our Founder
Our Founder
Eda Selimoglu completed her education in Human Resources at Istanbul Arel University. She served as a human resources professional in some of Turkey's largest companies for 10 years.
Throughout her career, she gained expertise in Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology, and IT. Additionally, she collaborated with some of Turkey's most prominent universities, including Koç, Bogaziçi, and ODTÜ, to design and implement various projects.
She also established partnership programs for Digital Transformation and Strategy teams from scratch for the brands she worked with, involving more than 150 employees. Following her career in Turkey, she received Global HR training in Switzerland and France and worked in startup HR brands in Switzerland and Germany. Throughout her career, both on behalf of the brands she represented and individually, she has been honored with numerous awards. In 2024, Eda Selimoglu simultaneously established the EsReise brand in Switzerland and Malta and commenced professional services.
