Yes. Not so long ago, just three years back, people would eagerly state their job titles right after their names. However, in today's world, we can observe that in many global companies, these titles have completely lost their meaning. All that time spent tirelessly working, Truly dedicating effort — Has all of this become worthless? No. It's just that the inflated, misaligned, and essentially empty titles across brands are becoming obsolete. In the new world of work, Being a team member or team leader will suffice. While this may not be good news for many, For others, it is quite meaningful. As long as the quality of the work remains unchanged, unfortunately, these titles do not add more than a decorative suffix to your name. Yes, Titles are losing their importance.
